Julian Georgiev or better known in the office as July is the fresh breeze of male realism in the ladies’ dominated team of Euro RSCG 4D Bulgaria. I guess the ladies’ excessive expression leads him sometimes to remain silent and shy in the eyes of everyone, but it is rather restrained and balanced and he knows when to stay silent 
July is our Web Specialist if you’re curious what are the side effects of working in an office with many women, short deadlines and creative marketing campaigns, read his answers below:
1. We know you as a very balanced person, what is your dark side?
My dark side ? Hm ? I didn’t join the dark side. Yet… Just joking. I suppose when I’m very impatient I get very stressed. But I’m managing to be calm and steady. From time to time…
2. What do you like most in your work?
I love to work in the CGI sphere. The challenge of accomplishing huge projects is tempting for me and I always try to be more organized which is hard for a person like me. And not to forget that here we are working with wide range of companies abroad and in Bulgaria.
3. What is your favorite subject in the office?
The coffee machine. She is my best friend. She never complains, always listens to you and she is there to help in the tough mornings.
4. What was your favorite game as a child?
I loved to play glass balls. You can win a lot if you are good at aiming.
5. When did you realize that you grew up?
Honestly I still do not realize that. Does it mean I’m still not grown? Could you excuse me for a second I need to water myself, I heard is good for growing.
6. Do you miss your childhood?
Now that I have grown, yes I miss it.
7. If you catch the gold fish, what will be your three wishes?
Plane, Yacht and Submarine … with remote control.
8.What is your greatest fear?
То forget to save after hours of work.
9. And what makes you smile?
A good joke.
10. In which mood are you today?

Alexandra Lemoine
She is pretty, she is smart, she speaks fluent French and she is married for Steve, who actually is also French. She comes from Sofia and she will be the Chief of Sell & Marketing department of Euro RSCG 4D Bulgaria in Sofia. Her name is Alexandra Lemoine and she is a brunette.
1. What is your current state of mind?
I’m f***ing anxious, but really motivated and sure that Euro RSCG 4D’s projects will be successful
2. What is your greatest fear?
Not being perfect at the beginning!
3. Name one thing about yourself that few people know?
I’m most efficient when I’ m working under stress
4. What talent would you most like to have?
Speak perfect English, otherwise to be a painter
5. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
The position I am taking in the company
6. What is your most marked characteristic?
When I wake up, I thank God that I’m alive, finally challenge is to be always smiling and in a good mood …that makes things happen easily
7. What makes you happy?
Having always something to do!
8. When did you last cry and why?
I cried yesterday… out of laughter when the Mexicans scored the second goal!!! (World cup)
9. If the office of Euro was burning down what object would you save and why?
I’ll take my PC, because I cannot imagine being out of connection!
10. How will you describe the rest of Euro 4D team in one word?
If you permit me, I’ll use 2 words to describe the team, because 1 word is definitely not enough: they are a PASSIONATE PROFESSIONALS.

Something Fresh
The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances; if there is any reaction, both are transformed.
Since already three days there is a new girl using me. And you will not believe but she is quite pretty too. This building is full with beautiful women. It starts to become hot and be sure it’s not because of the coming summer.
I still don’t know who is the lady because she was not official introduced to me, of course . Maybe the reason is she will be working in Sofia, not in Varna, as head of the sales department. That’s what I’ve heard from the others’ conversations. Sometimes it’s really good to be the lift, you know first all the gossips.
And people are already speaking about her. Much. And it’s quite normal, she really know how to instigate their curiosity.
First she got a French family name, something tricky and hard for pronunciation, something like …. No, no, I really can’t pronounce it. What is she pretending?!
Second, all in the office are taking part in a Twitter contest for winning an iPad and she will have it for free. Yes, she will reply that it’s for presenting the work to the clients, but it’s still not fair.
She is coming from the capital city with her strange accent, speaking so good in French that everyone can be jealous of it, nice and pretty and charmed everybody with her smile… It’s just not fair!
I have to know more about her. I have to stick her in the lift and to ask her some questions. I have to know more about her.

4D Newbie
It’s Green Lift time!
I’m glad to share with you that 4D is already updated!
Our 4D Newbie Kalin is officially launched on 04.June and the beta-mum Yana is already a real one.
Contributing to innovations through openness
Тhe 4D Newbie is being released as an open source project under the name Kalin. The intent is that Yana and Angel – his inventors will help him to collaborate with all around and make him better by contributing the underlying education technology.
Kalin is an open source hardware intended to create a better mum’s and papa’s experience as all friends’, colleagues’ and relatives’ around. Available in beta for the last 9 months, Kalin is a new approach to the parents’ world based on the love and patience of users.
In the early hours of Kalin’s life, he was frequently sleeping or crying. But today he is transformed into a powerful smiling platform that enables users to collaborate with.
Making life experience better for users
Kalin was designed to make it easy and worthwhile for users to live and navigate the world around.
- Combined crying and screaming functions take users early in the morning, few times late in the evening and thousands of times during the day, no mather whether they are tired or ready to go.
- When users open the firewall device, they’ll see a snapshot of his most-visited sites, making them sure everything is working properly.
