Why not to try something new?
Every day, driving to work I watch billboards with ads of the Modern Art Museum – Varna and thought that might be interesting to visit such a place.
The museum is a place that fuels creativity, ignites minds and provides inspiration for most of the people. Honestly, I am not a fan of visiting museums now but I used to do that when I was in US.
Actually the reason is not only that in Bulgaria are missing museums, it’s just not that popular and people do not pay much attention to this. That’s a bit strange, because a lot of modern artists experiment with new ways of seeing and with fresh ideas about the nature of material which I really found interesting.
Regrettably, the number of great modern art museum in Bulgaria is close to zero; however numbers of fascinating and talented artist is significant. The poor art structure makes most of them totally unknown. I believe that a digital initiative for modern art is really fitting the art sphere of Bulgaria.
Youtube play
If you think your YouTube videos are really good they deserve to be in a museum, you are in the right place? The search giant Google and one of the most significant contemporary art museums Guggenheim Museum are collaborating on a new project called YouTube Video Play. The project will showcase up to 20 video works submitted to YouTube at the Guggenheim in New York on October 21, and online at www.youtube.com/play
The videos will also be displayed on October 21 at other Guggenheim museums around the world including Bilbao, Spain; Venice, Italy; and Berlin, Germany.
Who can play?
The Play is available to any video maker in the world and submissions can include “animation, motion graphics, documentary work, music videos and entirely new art forms,” according to the official YouTube blog.
To be considered for Play you have to submit your work of video art to www.youtube.com/play by July 31, 2010. All submissions will be reviewed by Guggenheim representatives who will create a shortlist of video finalists to be considered by a jury.
In the spirit of the online art movement
The exhibition aims to collect artwork from some of “the most unusual talent working in the sphere of online video.”
“The Guggenheim”, YouTube, and HP share a view that creative online video is one of the most compelling and innovative opportunities for personal expression today.

The 4D mystery
Hey, there! Yep, it’s me again – the green 4D lift.
Remember my dilemma from the last time?
I was wondering what all the 4 D were for in EURO RSCG 4D Bulgaria.
Now the mystery begins to unveil…
So, we already know that one D is for Digital. And it explains a lot why my 4D people are always talking about digital marketing, digital strategy, tools and stuff.
Well, the rest 3 D are not that obvious. Do you want to make a bet for them? I’d love to! But gambling is forbidden at work… for some reason?!
So, I’ll just tell you, for free! (Remember what a good buddy I am the next the electricity stops and you are inside a lift. Please, remember, It’s not our fault; it’s your electricity company’s!)
And here we go:
One D stands for Direct. Direct like direct marketing.
One D is for Drive. You know, like driving success, experience or response.
And the last D is for Data. Data like… data, I guess! It’s self-explaining, right?
This way, the four D are there to integrate all of the agency’s global marketing services’ capabilities into four strategic service offerings: Direct, Digital, Drive, and Data.
Voila!
P.S. Admit that you would have lost the bet, wouldn’t you?

Welcome to the lift!
Contrary to what you may conclude from the name of our blog, we are not a lift company.
We are the Bulgarian face of Euro RSCG 4D – the digital network of Euro RSCG Worldwide, the largest global agency as measured by total number of global accounts, according to the 2009 Advertising Age Global Marketers Report.
Wherever you find a Euro RSCG company you’ll find Euro RSCG 4D. This is the case with Bulgaria, too.
We believe that every business needs digital at the core, just like every computer needs a processor and software. Think of us as “the digital software” powering the Euro RSCG brands worldwide. And just to give you an idea of “our database”, Euro RSCG Worldwide has 233 offices across the globe that specialize in advertising, digital, marketing services, healthcare, PR and corporate communications.
Euro RSCG 4D is created by combining Euro RSCG Marketing Services and Euro RSCG Interaction companies, along with the new agencies that joined Euro RSCG during the September 2003 Havas reorganization, such as Euro RSCG Skybridge, EHS Brann, Brann Worldwide, and NRS.
As you will see, following our blog, we are young, fresh and creative. And we love what we are doing.
Euro RSCG 4D exists in Bulgaria since March 2010. We told you we are young, didn’t we?
And we are positioned in Varna, at 200 meters from the beach… Fresh, right?
We love what we are doing and when you get to know our job, you’ll know why.
Still waiting for a proof of our creativity? Just wait for the next floor, uhh … article.
