10 PR Pros To Follow on Twitter
As you may know Euro RSCG 4D writes a bi-lingual blog and when they invited me to guest post in both English and Bulgarian, it reminded me the times when I was blogging only in Bulgarian. As I aimed to reach more and more PR people, I decided the best decision will be to start blogging and tweeting in English [as I don't have the time to do it in both Bulgarian and English]. 8 months later I am really sure that I have made the best decision. Now I have built a professional network of PR pros from all over the world. Hence, I decided to pick up 10 of the PR people I met thanks to my blog Higher & Higher and with whom I find it great to communicate about PR, communications, social media, etc
- Deirdre Breakenridge @dbreakenridge. She is the author of ‘Putting the public back into public relations’ and co-host of the #PRStudChat on Twitter. She provides interesting content.
- Gini Dietrich @GiniDietrich. The most multifunctional lady that I know. She is running a PR agency, contributing on daily basis for her blog Spin Sucks, host of the Inside PR podcast and actively sharing and communicating on Twitter.
- Jayme Soulati @Soulati. Jayme is blending PR and social media, always sharing useful content and actively taking part in conversations online. I like her blog http://soulati.com/blog too.
- Jody Koehler @jodykoehler. A PR specialist from the Netherlands, founder of the Dutch PR agency Coopr PR and a contributor for Ragan Daily. He is very active on Twitter and shares great links. Follow him to stay updated on the recent news in the industry.
- Jerry Silfwear @DoktorSpinn. Jerry is the author of the Doktor Spinn blog. He is a PR pro, who lives in Stockholm, blogs mainly in English and gives thoughtful PR tips.
- Keith Trivit @KeithTrivitt. Keith is the Assoc. Director of PR for PRSA. He is also co-founder of PR Breakfast Club. Definitely a must-follow.
- Mike McGrail @mike_mcgrail. Digitally minded with a social slant – that’s how he describes himself. He is the author of the Social Penguin blog, which is a must-follow. Recently organized a topshared poll on finding the most accurate ‘social media’ abbreviation.
- Peter Harich @peterharich. Another great PR professional from Sweden. He is tweeting about PR, social media, web 2.0 and general stuff that I find interesting. He works at PR Newswire.
- Shonali Burke @shonali. An award-winning PR pro. She writes a fantastic blog called Waxing UnLyrical and shares useful content, tips and thoughts on PR and digital communications.
10. Susan Young @sueyoungmedia. As Jody, she is a contributor for Ragan Daily. She is also the author of the blog Get In Front Communications
Petya N. Georgieva is a PR specialist and a blogger. You can check out her communications blog Higher & Higher or follow her on Twitter @pgeorgieva. ————————————————————————————————————–
